Katia faces a 46 km train ride to work every day. In 2011 she started a blog where she writes about her experience as a commuter. Emilio is a cyclist; the film follows him on the Parenzana trail, a former rail line that connected Trieste, Italy to Porec in Istria, now turned into a popular bike path. To Michele, instead, trains represent both his job and his passion. Three stories revolving around railway connections. A world of landscapes, sounds, people: an authentic cosmos of daily life and echoes of the past.
